My parents just won tickets to see Maroon 5. What the. Seriously? Seriously? How was I spawned from this family. MAROON FIVE WHAT! I was no lie laying in my bedroom listening to The Smiths when this happened. Clearly I should have been downstairs to stop this atrocity but I’m a little drunk.

If you need to buy a storage case for your art supplies, buy the most badass, toughest looking toolbox. Do not buy one of those clear “ArtBin” looking toolboxes. They will break. And they are not badass.

First break from college I stole a toolbox from my dad - my art supplies are all still in it 5 years later.

So, I’m loving it here in California. It’s been a month now and I’m finally settled in and feeling like this can work out for a little while. I like the “big city” aspect of California with the laid-back attitude oft he people here. Although, I still feel this pull to return to New York…but not necessarily Syracuse. I’m feeling this strong, strong pull to New York city recently.
